कदंब डेवलपमेंट एंड रिसर्च फाउंडेशन, बहरोड़ एक प्रतिष्ठित गैर-सरकारी संगठन (NGO) है, जो समाज के समग्र विकास के उद्देश्य से कार्यरत है। यह संस्था कंपनी अधिनियम 2013 की धारा 8 के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत है, जिसका CIN नंबर U72200RJ2020APL096981 है। इसका मुख्य कार्यालय वार्ड नं. 13, मोहल्ला नैन सुख, पुरानी सब्जी मंडी, बहरोड़, जिला अलवर (राजस्थान) में स्थित है। यह संगठन ग्रामीण और शहरी दोनों क्षेत्रों में शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, महिला सशक्तिकरण, स्वच्छता, कृषि नवाचार, युवाओं को कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण, सांस्कृतिक संरक्षण और सामाजिक जागरूकता जैसे विविध क्षेत्रों में कार्य करता है।
"कदंबः विश्वासस्य मूलं, विकासस्य फलम्" अर्थात "कदंब विश्वास की जड़ है, और विकास उसका फल है" — इस संगठन का यह मूल मंत्र न केवल इसकी कार्यप्रणाली को दर्शाता है बल्कि समाज के प्रति इसकी निष्ठा और समर्पण को भी उजागर करता है। कदंब फाउंडेशन द्वारा समय-समय पर निःशुल्क स्वास्थ्य शिविर, पर्यावरण संरक्षण अभियान, बालिकाओं की शिक्षा हेतु जागरूकता कार्यक्रम, ग्रामीण महिलाओं के लिए स्वरोजगार प्रशिक्षण, सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन, और जरूरतमंद बच्चों को पुस्तक व पोषण सामग्री वितरण जैसे कार्य किए जाते हैं।

Ek Kadamb Jeevan Ki Aur
In the emergency ward of a government hospital, if anyone who comes in through accidents or serious cases is unable to get treatment due to lack of money or identification, or if there are no facilities available for referral elsewhere, then the Kadamb Foundation ensures that necessary arrangements are made.
